The peculiarity of the Yoga therapy sessions that I guide as a therapist and instructor of kundalini Yoga & Meditation, lies in the personalised accompaniment to treat a specific problem.
By working with asanas, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation, combined throughout each session for specific needs, the process favours inner listening and allows you to connect with your essence, your centre
and recover your vitality.
When aperson starts the process, she usually arrives with chronic pain that prevents her from feeling well
or with a behaviour she want to change in her life.
In a respectful way, we speak and elaborate a holistic accompaniment plan, where the whole being with its gifts can overcome limitations and recover an inner balance, a body-mind union, which ends up manifesting itself outwards.

The Intheflow Association, dedicated to the promotion of activities for health, awareness and well-being, proposes 60-minute therapeutic yoga sessions for 10 consecutive days, for one person or for couples.
At the end of the session, you will receive an exclusive meditation to take home with you.
It is not necessary to have any previous experience in Yoga to benefit from the sessions.
