Vital Yoga is an exclusive Hatha Flow proposal that combines mindfulness, asanas, breathing and relaxation in one 60-minute session.


 I adapt the pace and intensity of the session according to the level of practice and experience.

brings peace of mind and well-being.


With the regular practice of Kundalini yoga, you can connect with your essence,

making the experience of self-improvement and transformation.


 A class has a structure that is repeated, but whose content always varies, making your experience always renewed:


 - Class opening and warm-up


- Kriya, or series of exercises with breathing, postures and mindfulness


- Relaxation, to integrate the benefits and feel peace of mind and body


- Meditation, in silence or with mantras, for greater awareness and presence


- Closing the class



If you are interested in taking care of your health you can participate,

regardless of your level of yoga practice or physical condition.


It is a highly recommended yoga for those who want to improve their flexibility, breathing capacity, coordination

and better manage fears, attachments, anxiety and challenges in their lives.
